Social Station operates an open referral policy and we accept referrals from all professionals and clients themselves. We prefer to have an initial conversation (for which there is no charge) to ensure that the referral is appropriate. If necessary, we will signpost you to other agencies or another professional if we deem that more appropriate.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from https://www.socialstation.co.uk/

Social Station has a contract with Kiran Nagra of Smart PA Service to provide an administration function to the business. The organisation is bound by contract, confidentiality, GDPR and privacy notice regulations. Social Station utilises strict compliance checks for any service providers, such as relevant DBS checks and employment & personal history.

 

SmartPA have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf as instructed by us and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Where other services are recommended to assist you, we will discuss this with you before sharing any confidential information with third parties.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

A cookie is a small file placed on your computer’s hard drive, the cookie helps analyse web traffic or allows web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We may use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to client/customer needs.
